Event Suggestions
Private Events
Tiny Diva Princess Party suggests planning for your guests arrival 30-60 minute prior to your Enchanted Character's arrival. This allows for all your guests to be a part of the surprise! We also suggest planning an additional 60 + minutes after your Enchanted Character's departure for your listed party end time. This will allow you the average time of 30 minutes for cake and ice cream and 30 minutes for gift opening.
Example: Party Time for Guests 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Enchanted Character Appearance from 2:00pm -3:00pm.
** Enchanted Character will always make up any lost time due to a delayed arrival.**
Enchanted Characters will come to your event ready to go! When they arrive they may take a few moments to make final adjustments, collect your party supplies, and wait for any last minute guests to arrive at your party before heading to the door. Please let our Tiny Diva Team know if you would like to recieve a txt message or phone call from your Enchanted Character when they have arrived at your event location.
** Please be sure that your Enchanted Princess has a safe walk way to your party entrance during the winter! Enchanted Princesses do arrive in large gowns and heeled shoes. We kindly ask that a walk way be cleared of snow and ice to ensure her safety. Thank you! **
Photo opportunities with Tiny Diva Princess Party's Enchanted Characters are fun for all ages! To complete the fun we suggest having a photo back drop to help set the scene with your characters; These can be scene setters placed on a clean wall, a garden space, or in front of some of your favorite party decorations!
Tiny Diva Princess Party does attend outdoor events! Due to the Minnesota weather we highly suggest having a back up venue if your outdoor event is effected by rain, extreme heat, or winter weather. Please be aware of your Enchanted Character's needs during these outdoor events. Tiny Diva Princess Party's Enchanted Characters are avilable for warm weather outdoor parties only.
** Winter events are subject to all snow and cold weather policies for our Enchanted Character's safety. **
Tiny Diva Princess Party's Enchanted Characters have catered to both small and large events alike; however, we enourage between 10 - 15 children to 1 Character. With a larger guest list we highly encourage assistance for the Enchanted Character when engaging in treasure box or party activities. This will help keep your event running smoothly and on time. It's also very helpful for our young guests who may need a little warming up.
As many children become star struck or shy when they meet the Enchanted Characters; Tiny Diva Princess Party has a hands off policy to allow the child to approach our characters when they are ready. Characters such as our Enchanted Winter Queen can sometimes be a little scary for our young guests and they may need some time to warm up. We encourage parents to join in all the fun especially if you have a small child who needs a little warming up. When parents engage in the activities the children also become more out going.
