8 Tips for Planning Your Zoom Party
Tiny Diva Princess Party's Virtual Appearance are hosted and reserved in Central Standard Time (CST). On the day of your event we suggests loging into your Zoom Party 5-10 minutes prior to your Enchanted Character's virtual arrival. This will allow you to ensure your internet connection is stable, and test that your video and audio are working.
Example:
- East Coast: Party Time for Guests 1:00pm - 1:30pm (EST). Virtual Princess Appearance from 12:00pm -12:30pm.
- West Coast: Party Time for Guests 1:00pm - 1:30pm (PST). Virtual Princess Appearance from 3:00pm -3:30pm.
- Not Sure what time to book? Look up the current time in Minnesota on Google; Or call your Event Coordinator to review your order.
** Enchanted Character will always make up any lost time due to a delayed arrival, or loss of connection.**
Virtual Princess Appearances do have an unlimited guest list, however we suggest hosting between 5-15 children on the virtual call. Please feel free to share your private Zoom party link with your family and friends! Tiny Diva Princess Party will provide you with two links to share with your guests; The first link will be your offical party link, and the second will be a backup link, in the rare event that your virtual party experiences a loss of connection.
Celebrating at a distance can be fun! Invite your family and friends to join the festivities by decorating their space to match your party theme or Enchanted Charcater! It's the perfect excuse to decorate with balloons, dress up a wall with some florals or a backdrop, or even hang a special birthday message for the guest of honor!
The Enchanted Princess will be sure to answer any questions during your virtual celebration! If your little princess or her friends have any questions about their favorite storybook charcater, write them down before the party!
Tiny Diva Princess Party offers payable invoices from Square! Your payment can be taken care of at your convenience with an emailed invoice from Square! This invoice will include your final balance and a PDF attachment to review your most up to date Tiny Diva Princess Party order invoice. Once Tiny Diva Princess Party has recieved your Square payment we will be sure to send you an updated order invoice showing your zero balance, and your Zoom Links located at the bottom of your invoice in the "additional party notes" section.
Often our guests ask if they could tip their Enchanted Character and if so how much? Absolutely! Many of our guests like to gift 10-20%; However, any amount you wish to gift is greatly appreciated by our Enchanted Storybook Characters! Guests can feel free to add on an electronic gratuity to their payable Square invoice.Tiny Diva Princess Party does not require any gratuity for our services, but it is always a kind gesture!
Tiny Diva Princess Party's Zoom Links will direct all guests to a waiting room prior to the start of your Virtual Princess Appearance. Please inform your party guests to login early to ensure everyone is admitted into the virtual call together. Our Enchanted Princesses will be sure to check periodically throughout the experience for any guests who may have been a little late to the ball.
During the Virtual Appearance the Enchanted Princess will offer a chance for a couple sing-a-longs. Some song requests do have special dance moves that the children can follow along to! Be sure that you have space for them to express themselves safely!
In additiona to your Virtual Princess Appearance, guests can purchase one of our "Magical Gifts for the Occasion"! These gifts are shipped to your home in time for your special celebration! Each gift comes with a personalized letter from the Enchanted Princess which she may read to your guest of honor as they open their gift! It's the perfect touch of magic to complete your virtual celebration!
