Things to Know Before Visiting

Parking

Tiny Diva Princess Party suggest planning your visit to the Ice Castles early as parking may be challenging. There are metered parking spots available on West Lake Street and Lake Street

(the street that The Commons park and Ice Castles entrance is on). The meter rate is $4.00 per hour.

It is suggested that guests plan for 1-1.5 hours for the meter and to download the Whoosh! App before arriving in Excelsior. For more information about parking in Excelsior please be sure

to visit the Ice Castles website.

Weather Dependent

The Enchanted Frozen Sisters' appearances are weather dependent. If it has been deemed that the weather will be too extreme for the weekend, appearances may be canceled. Tiny Diva Princess Party and the Excelsior Ice Castles will do our best to update guests planning to visit for the weekend as soon as possible. Date Cancellations will be posted at the top of Tiny Diva's Ice Castles, MN web page. Please check in on our website or

social media for up to date information about cancellations. Extreme weather conditions are based on both temperature and snow fall.

What to Wear

Tiny Diva Princess Party highly suggest for parents to plan for cold weather. We suggest snow suits, jackets, snow boots, mittens, and hats. As the temperatures tend to drop at the end of the night we suggest bringing additional hand and foot warmers. For new walkers' we suggest bringing a sled, as the Ice Castles floor is not stroller friendly.

For your camera phones, we suggest keeping them as close to the inside of your jacket as possible as the cold can drain battery life. If you need assistance with images a designated character handler for the Enchanted Frozen Sisters

would be more than happy to help

capture the magic for you!

Warming Breaks

The Enchanted Frozen Sisters will take 10-15 minute breaks through out their visit. The line for meeting the Enchanted Sisters will have a final guest before the break; and an announcement will be made when they will be departing for the break. There is a time clock located by the Enchanted Sister's visiting area which will display their expected time to be back to meet with everyone.
