How Do I Book My Party?

Scheduling the right event of her dreams has never been easier! Simply select your party or event date, select your package, and make it yours! It's as simple as the wave of a magic wand! Tiny Diva Princess Party accepts online booking for our private party packages up to 3 months in advance. Our calendar is updated each month to reflect our currently available dates for online booking. If you are looking to book an early bird event, please call

10 Steps for Booking Your Event Online

Here are 10 easy steps for booking your next special celebration online today!

To Begin:

1. Click the "Book Now" button above, which will open a new window or tab, to begin your booking.


2. Begin by selecting the desired date and time for your event. We suggest scheduling 30-60 minutes before our event services begin for your guest's arrival time, and an additional 60 minutes after our event services finish for your party's official end time. This time frame will allow all your guests to experience the magic, and allows for extra party activities you'd like to host after our Enchanted Characters depart your event. For example: Ashley will be hosting an event for Bri beginning at 7:00pm. She has invited her Enchanted Princess to the party from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm. On her invitations she will inform her guests that the party will be hosted from 7:00 pm - 10:00pm. 

*Please note that you must book your event 2 weeks before your party date to book online! If you have missed this deadline, please call our Tiny Diva Team to see if we have additional party availability.  


3. We currently have 36 of our packages available to book online. Please be sure to select the right package and Enchanted Character you'd like to invite. Corporate Client Packages will need to be booked by phone or email with our Tiny Diva Team to help insure availability for all desired services.  As our party packages keep growing, you can always select our Original 60 Minute Character Appearance with your preferred Enchanted Character(s) to begin scheduling your event; When your party representative calls to confirm your event, you can request to update your package to your desired event package listed on our website.

4. Confirm your party package details. Some date and time selections may already be booked. If this happens our online system will help you to select the next best time frame, or help direct you to our Tiny Diva Team for assistance. 


5. Complete your package with one of our many A La Carte choices! A couple of our most popular choices are to add extra goodie bags to your package, or include one of our Little Princess Rhinestone Tiaras! 


6. Complete your party information. You will start with your name, main contact number, and email. For the address section please be sure to list your "primary" address as your event address. Once complete you will be prompted to create a guest of honor. Our booking system will help you to add your child(en)'s or organization's name as your featured guest of honor. If you have more than one child please be sure to list them separately. 


Final Steps:

7. Before reviewing your order and making your deposit, the online system will remind you of our Princess Policies. Please be sure to read through these and click the "agree to terms" button to move forward with finishing your booking process. 


8. Next you will be prompted to check out. This will give you an overview of your order and help you make your PayPal deposit. Once complete the online system will send you an e-mail with a quote for your event. Please be sure to read over the information to make sure everything looks correct. You can either send in a reply e-mail if there are any corrections to be made, or wait to talk to your party representative who can help make the changes for you. 


9. Our online system will no longer accept online payments! To complete your deposit please contact our Tiny Diva Team! Tiny Diva Princess Party will set you up with one of our NEW Payable Square Invoices (more information below) to help with online payments. Your final balance will be due the Monday before your event with your party representative or online using your Payable Square Invoice.  Corporate client's final balances can only be paid by phone using the Square system or mailed in check to: Tiny Diva Princess Party, 11314 163rd Street West, Lakeville, MN 55044. Tiny Diva Princess Party does not keep any client payment information! Please be sure to reach out to our Tiny Diva Team if you need any assistance with making a payment. 


10. Our online party representatives will confirm your party order within 24 hours of your online booking via e-mail. Please note events scheduled online over the weekend will be confirmed the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that events booked over the Holidays may see a delay in confirmation from our team. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

How to Make a Payment

Tiny Diva Princess Party's Online Booking System will no longer processes online orders using PayPal as of May 1st, 2020. When speaking with our Tiny Diva Team on the phone, payments are processed through the Square system. Each payment system is hosted through a secure platform that is not affiliated with or managed by Tiny Diva Princess Party. If you are experiencing trouble please let our team know, and we will work to find a solution if possible. 

Make a Deposit:


Option 1: PayPal
  • When completing your online order you will be prompted to make your deposit using PayPal. This will direct you to a separate window or tab to complete this transaction, and then redirect you back to Tiny Diva's Online Booking System. You will receive an e-mailed quote to confirm your online order has been submitted and your deposit was complete. Within 1 - 3 days your online order will be confirmed over the phone by our Tiny Diva Team. Please note that holiday time frames may differ. 

Option 2: Square
  • When booking your order over the phone with Tiny Diva Princess Party you can make your deposit using the Square system. All transaction information is directly recorded securely into the Square system for payment. All information is automatically protected and is not kept on file for any future transactions with Tiny Diva Princess Party.  Should you need to make additional payments, you will need to reach out to our Tiny Diva Team for assistance and complete the new transaction from the beginning. Square transactions can be followed up with a text message or email receipt from Square; and you will be sent an email with an updated order invoice to confirm your transaction.


Option 3: Check (For Corporate Clients Only)
  • If you would prefer to make your deposit payment by check you may! All deposit checks must be recieved within 7- days of your booking. Checks should be made out to "Tiny Diva Princess Party" and mailed to our home office: 11314 163rd Street West, Lakeville, MN 55044. Our Tiny Diva Team will confirm receipt of your check by updating and emailing you a new invoice showing your remaining balance. If you are concerned about receipt of your check we encourage you to contact us. Should a check not arrive within 3-7 business days of your mailed date, Tiny Diva Princess Party will encourage you to cancel your check for your protection. 

Make a Final Payment:

Option 1: Square
  • When confirming your order for your event weekend Tiny Diva Princess Party's Event Coordinator will offer to help you make your final payment using the Square system. If you have made a deposit using the Square system prior, our Tiny Diva Team will need to start from the beginning. All transaction information is directly recorded securely into the Square system for payment. Your information is automatically protected and is not kept on file for any future transactions with Tiny Diva Princess Party. Square transactions can be followed up with a text message or email receipt from Square; and you will be sent an email with an updated order invoice to confirm your transaction.

Option 2: Check (For Corporate Clients Only)
  • If you would prefer to make your final payment by check you may! All checks must be recieved on or prior to the Wednesday before to your event date. Checks should be made out to "Tiny Diva Princess Party" and mailed to our home office: 11314 163rd Street West, Lakeville, MN 55044. Our Tiny Diva Team will confirm receipt of your check by updating and emailing you a new invoice showing your remaining balance. If you are concerned about receipt of your check we encourage you to contact us. Should a check not arrive within 3-7 business days of your mailed date, Tiny Diva Princess Party will encourage you to cancel your check for your protection. 

Option 3: Payable Square Invoice
  • Tiny Diva Princess Party offers payable invoices from Square! Your deposit and final payment can be taken care of at your convenience with an emailed invoice from Square! This type of invoice will include your final balance and a PDF attachment to review your Tiny Diva Princess Party order invoice.  If you would like to update your order with any additional services the week of your party please be sure to speak with your event representative to make the proper arrangements.  Once Tiny Diva Princess Party has recieved your Square payment we will be sure to send you an updated order invoice showing your zero balance. Tiny Diva Princess Party's Event Coordinators will still be sure to reach out to you by phone to reconfirm all your event details before your scheduled weekend. 

Show Your Gratitude for 
Our Characters

Often our clients ask if they could tip their Enchanted Character and, if so, how much? Absolutely! If you feel our Enchanted Characters have gone above and beyond, please feel free to gift them a gratuity! Gratuities can be gifted in person to your cast member the day of your event, or online; when completing your final payment through your Payable Square Invoice. Many of our clients like to gift 10-20%; However, any amount you wish to gift is greatly appreciated by our Enchanted Storybook Characters! Tiny Diva Princess Party does not require any gratuity for our services, but it is always a kind gesture! =)
